Cecilia B. Moore studied art at University of Durham/Nevilles Cross College, England. She has been a teacher, specialising in art, in England, Kenya, Canada and USA.
Through the 1990’s she studied drawing and painting with William Christenberry at the Corcoran School of Art, Washington DC and was a member of the Art League of Alexandria, Virginia. For the past ten years she has been an active member of the Art Alliance of Central Pennsylvania.
She regularly exhibits in juried shows in several states and has won awards for her figure, abstract and landscape work.
She works in mixed media, including acrylic paint, oil and soft pastels, graphite and charcoal.
She has illustrated two children’s books published by Paulist Press.
